A five-year, fully-funded digital skills and gig-economy initiative aiming to train 400,000 young Nigerians in in-demand creative digital skills (Digital Marketing, Video Production & Editing, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design) and connect them to freelance, remote, and gig-work opportunities. Includes AI-enhanced, mobile-first, self-paced training plus mentorship, portfolio development, and gig-placement support. Two tracks: Foundations Pathway (beginners) and Growth Pathway (3 months, for those with existing basic digital/creative skills). 80% of spots reserved for women, persons with disabilities, and displaced youth.
